This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, www.enlivenchineseherb.com.
At Enliven Chinese Herb, we prioritise the integrity, safety, and quality of our products. As such, all sales are final once a product has been purchased. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, returns and refunds are only accepted if a product is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality.
Return & Refund Requests
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Do not return any items without contacting us first — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Request
Please email info@enlivenchineseherb.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and damage (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond promptly.
Important Notes
Incorrect Shipping Details: Refunds will not be issued for orders with incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries, or returned parcels due to an unavailable recipient.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Lost or Stolen Parcels: Enliven Chinese Herb is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. Claims must be lodged directly with the courier.
