At Enliven Chinese Herb, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders efficiently and with care. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
  • You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Note: High-volume or large single orders may require additional packing time. Processing time is separate from delivery time.


Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (via Sendle):
    • Calculated at Checkout: For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel size and destination.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $300 (metro areas only).
    • Delivery Estimate: 3–7 business days to most metro areas.
  • Express Shipping:
    Available upon request. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Local Pickup (Perth, WA):
    Free local pickup is available by appointment. Address and times will be provided upon checkout. Please allow 24 hours for order preparation.
    Pickup Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday — 10am to 5pm.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid street or business address.

Delivery Notes

  • Once an order is collected by the courier, delivery times are out of our control. We will, however, assist with any delivery issues that arise.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details, missed deliveries, or returned parcels due to recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds.
  • Claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the courier.

Changes to Orders

  • Please double-check your cart before placing your order.
  • If you need to make changes after your order is placed, email us immediately.
  • Once a shipping label is created, any changes may incur additional charges and delay dispatch.

Insurance

  • All domestic orders shipped via Sendle include limited insurance coverage by default.
  • Sendle provides coverage of up to $100 AUD for loss or damage, including delivery costs and GST (if applicable).
  • If you wish to insure a higher-value order, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative arrangements or additional insurance options.

Urgent Orders

  • Need something fast? Email us after placing your order to request expedited handling and we'll do our best to help.

Track Your Order

  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your parcel by the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately so we can follow up.
